About the Event

These are online classes with a small group of people and their hens. We will be interacting and doing tasks together.

Who is this course suitable for?

This course is perfect for pet chicken owners who would like to be prepared with nursing techniques in case their hens are ever poorly.

This course is especially relevant to those with rescue laying hens or brown/hybrid hens as major coelomic conditions are particularly common in older birds of this type.

If you don’t know much about hen anatomy or the common reasons hens why become poorly, you might also enjoy “Identifying illness” and "Poorly hens – coelom (common problems in brown/rescue hens)” courses.
